Qualification of professionals
As the first Master's Degree in Philosophy in the Northern region of Brazil, PPGFIL enabled the qualification of professionals graduated in Philosophy and related areas for the exercise of research activities and teaching in Higher Education, expanding the scope of these professionals. In addition to contributing to the improvement of the training of graduates in Philosophy, whose majority acts as a teacher in Basic Education and has in the Masters the opportunity to contribute to raising the quality of basic education with regard to Philosophy in the region. It is important to emphasize that the Program has attracted professionals from other areas of knowledge, which demonstrates the relevance obtained by PPGFIL to the Amazon society.
